We don't just help you get 'in'. We help you get 'ahead'.
We help students design successful global careers — through scientific assessment, expert counselling, and informed education choices in India and abroad.
Studying abroad is not the goal. Building a sustainable career is.
Welcome to Palo Santo Education Advisory & Consulting — your trusted partner for every career decision that matters. We don't "place" students. We advise, evaluate, and strategically guide them toward careers that align with their strengths, interests and long-term global opportunities.
Why most students make the wrong education decisions.
- Decisions driven by trends, peers, or agents' targets
- Courses chosen without understanding aptitude or market demand
- Studying abroad without clarity on career outcomes or employability
- High cost, wasted time, and uncertain futures

Questions students and parents ask us first.
What is a career-first approach to overseas education?+
It starts by assessing a student's strengths, aptitude and interests, advises on realistic career paths, then aligns the course, country and institution to that career — rather than chasing an admission first and hoping a career follows.
How many countries and universities does Palo Santo cover?+
Admissions guidance spans 25+ geographies and 5,000+ universities, with 150 country resources.
Is NEET required to study MBBS abroad?+
Yes. An Indian student must qualify NEET to study MBBS abroad and to be eligible for FMGE/NExT and registration to practise in India. Some universities admit without it, but the degree then cannot be used to practise in India.
Does Palo Santo only place students, or advise them?+
Palo Santo advises, evaluates and strategically guides students toward careers aligned with their strengths and long-term opportunities — a career-first advisory model, not an admissions-first sales model.
